TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you ordered from us is your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

We do our best to keep the shop up to date.

Be able to derogate images and / or text.

Pick up items ordered also in our shop.

Ordered items can not be returned, if still necessary that the return costs at all times for the customer.

Only provision in advance of the items ordered.

If something is out of stock or there is a delay, we will contact you.

All our packages are sent by TNT with track & trace code.

In the Netherlands, a connection fee of € 6.20

1 package is a maximum weight of 28kg products.

If you order is heavier you get multiple packages.

We are a "GREEN" shop therefore we use to protect the environment for the packaging of our orders as much as possible recycled or used materials such as boxes and stuffing.

After we have received your order and payment the delivery time

In the Netherlands, 1 to 4 days. Excluding delays caused by TNT.

Foreign shipments in the delivery may be delayed.

We guarantee all our items.

Our dimmers are warranted for 1 year. Defects in this period will be repaired free of charge by the manufacturer, however, shipping cost should be paid by the customer.

However, 12V adapters are excluded. The reason is that there may be what happened when connecting unaudited and how much power was taken.

For other cases, guarantee the shipping of return and the new article send it always borne by the customer.
